Special Collections & Archives at Texas A&M International University preserves the history of the South Texas and Northern Mexico Region by housing a wide array of archival materials. In addition, TAMIU Special Collections preserves and protects select materials of enduring value that fall outside our primary collecting focus. Materials in the archive include maps, manuscripts, rare books, first and other noteworthy editions, highly illustrated works, works with special binding or fine printing, as well as dozens of research, institutional, and family collections.
